Getting Started

  • Check objects' alignment using the crosshair lines.
  • Use Crosshair as an attention line to track objects or viewing text.
    Tip: Make crosshair lines thicker in myPoint panel.

Measuring the size of objects

Please follow the steps below:
  • Turn on Coordinates and Crosshair.
  • Move the mouse until the crosshair lines are positioned at the beginning of the object.
  • Press the hotkey to set a Custom Origin point (default combination is ⌃⌥⌘ M).
  • Move the mouse until the crosshair lines are positioned at the end of the object.
  • The Coordinates module shows the size of the object.

Measuring the distance between close objects

v1.1 & next
The thickness of the crosshair lines can vary from 1 to 20 pixels. This is useful for checking distances up to 20 pixels - just set the gauge thickness and check the distance.
